dance ceres was founded in 2004, under the direction of Brittany Brown Ceres. Ceres creates work described by critics as, “swift and irresistible” (Allan Ulrich, Voiceofdance.com, July ’06) and “lucid and voluptuous” (Rita Felciano, SFBG, Dec ’07). Ceres directs an ensemble of dancers who devour the performance arena. sometimes
sometimes you do everything right and it still doesn't go your way... there would be some relief in knowing why, but you'll never get the time back spent in preparation. i suppose we try again anyway...
